App will not run, says my phone is tampered and vulnerable (it isn't) . No other bank app says that and Google passes it on all SafetyNet checks.
Never lets me log in
Useless
push notifications are not delivered, thus it is difficult or impossible to authorise payments
Useless Impossible to get otp then return to open app needing this with android
Doesn't enable secure messaging with representative. Very good for commonest work.
Claims my stock Pixel 6 Pro is "tampered" and refuses to run.
App claims I have a rooted device. I don't. Stock OnePlus 8T running all latest security updates.
Rubbish App
Terrible app, one of the worst amongst banks. Verification for transactions is especially buggy, they either don't come through at all or they do but once authorised are not transmitted on to the merchant. Trying to do things on citi website that require approval via the app is particularly perplexing as it then logs you out of the site as you can't be logged in twice! Comical stuff
